T275 - Tilt-Up Anchor and T275B - Base Plate

The Dayton Superior T275 Tilt-Up Anchor consists of a dual forged foot anchor assembled with a plastic recess plug and two plastic supports. The insert is a directional insert used parallel to the height of the panel. The T275 inserts are shipped assembled, ready to install and sized to the panel thickness.

  • The T275B Base Plate can be purchased for use in insulated sandwich panels.
  • The T275P Oval Patch Cap can also be used to cover anchor voids.

  • T275 features easy to remove lid and a leave-in void former for fast and easy attachment of lifting hardware.
  • The T120 Lifting Hardware allows for quick attachment to the insert and remote ground release after the panel has been erected and braced.
  • Minimum edge distance is 15".
  • Maximum Safe Working Load of up to24,000 lbs with 2:1 safety factor in 2,500 psi  normal weight concrete.
  • Can be used with Base Plates in insulated sandwich panels. Dayton Superior recommends using Recrete 5, Recrete 20, HD 25 or Perma Patch VO repair mortars for T275 insert patching.  The freeze-thaw test was conducted per ASTM C-666.

The T275 is installed in concrete tilt-up panels and used for lifting applications.
