These terms shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without reference to conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Ohio, one of the United States of America, for resolution of all disputes arising from, concerning, or related to these Terms of Use and/or your use of the Site.
