Level Primer Concentrate J42  is a concentrated re-emulsifiable primer designed to be used with the Dayton Superior Levelayer, Econolevel and Level Topping products. Level Primer Concentrate J42  works as both a sealer to help prevent pinholes in floor leveling materials and as a bonding agent to ensure good adhesion.
