Casica Alpha 1 is a one-component, non-sag MS hybrid sealant that is ideal for a wide range of applications where a long-term, durable seal or bond is required. Alpha 1 is 100% solids, nonshrink, and has a very low odor which makes it ideal for confined or occupied work spaces. Its hybrid technology allows for bonding and sealing across a wide range of temperatures and Alpha 1 can withstand moisture, performing well in damp and wet environments. A high-strength product with great flexibility, Alpha 1 accommodates moderate joint movement while adhering to a long list of common building substrates
