Dayton Superior Continues to Enhance Employee Safety Initiatives

In 2013, Dayton Superior introduced an array of initiatives designed to enhance the company’s ongoing employee safety programs. Since that time, the company has seen recordable incidents reduced more than 70%. Dayton Superior’s OSHA Incident Rate now stands at an impressive 1.68. This rate is significantly better than the average rate of 4.9 for fabricated metal product manufacturing and the average rate of 6.1 for metal forging and stamping manufacturing.
