Tilt-up Lifting Insert and Bracing Placement Design Drawings
Provided with a wall panel layout, our engineers use our unique, proprietary software to design lifting point and bracing shop drawings. The resulting drawings include the following detail for each panel:

The type and location of lifting inserts

The location of the bracing inserts

The size, location, and spacing of additional reinforcing steel needed for lifting

The location of the floor anchors for brace attachment

Rigging diagram to make sure the panel is lifted as it was analyzed

Summary of quantities
Developed by engineers who specialize in tilt-up applications, the drawings ensure that panels are lifted safely and without damage.

Wall Panel Layout Detail Drawings
As part of our Wall Panel Layout Detail service, Dayton Superior can provide a detail drawing of each panel on the project based on the location of the weld plates as designed by the engineer for the project. These drawings include:

The location, size and type of each embedded plate

All panel and opening dimensions and placement details

Architectural finishes, including formliner

Summary of embedded plate quantities
Having these detailed drawings on the jobsite saves time that is normally wasted checking multiple prints, and reduces the risk of costly errors.

Bridge Deck Forming Design Calculations and Drawings
Dayton Superior has Engineering Service Departments that are well staffed and trained to provide hanger and bracket spacingsuch service when needed on your next project. Additionally the departments are able to provide bridge deck accessory take-offs and detailed drawings to the users of Dayton Superior bridge deck products. The following levels of service are provided at a nominal charge to the user.
