Fleet-Lift SystemP-96-F - Fleet Lift Forged Two-Hole Anchor
Brand:
DS Concrete Accessories
Product Number:
P-96-F
Description:
The Dayton Superior P-96-F Fleet-Lift Forged Two-Hole Anchor is always used in conjunction with the Dayton Superior P-98-T Tension Bar. The anchor has a bottom hole especially designed to accept the tension bar. Place the P-98-T Tension Bar through the bottom hole in such a manner that the ends of the tension bar are pointing downward. Fasten the tension bar tight against the bottom side of the hole. The tension bar distributes the tension forces, developed from the lifting process, deep into the precast concrete. This allows the lifting of very thin and/or low concrete compressive strength panels. Do not use the P-96-F Two-Hole Anchor in the following situations: 1) Without a correct size and located tension bar. 2) In the edge of thin panels where shear loads will be applied to the anchor.

Features
Benefits
Able to handle loads up to 22 Tons in tension
Strength
Forged design creates up to 33% higher load capacity than stamped anchors. This can reduce the number of anchors required.
Money-Saving
Plain, or Galvanized, finishes available. Meets non-rusting requirements.

This anchor can carry 44,000 lbs tension safe working load with tension bar in 3500 psi concrete and with 4 to 1 safety factor.

Finishes Application:
Do not use P-96 anchor without tension bar. Place the P-98-T Tension Bar through the bottom hole in such a manner that the end of the tension bar are pointing downward. Fasten the tension bar tight against the bottom side of the hole.
